Spacious farmhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 people, 2 rooms with a double and a single bed, and 1 room with twin beds, which is next to the family bathroom. Travel cot and extra beds are available on request.
A large lounge room (12mx6m) has 2 large woodburners,
a three pc. Suite, television, dvd player, dvd’s only. The large well equipped kitchen breakfast room contains, table, 4 chairs, small working woodburner, and all white goods.
There is a dining table which seats 6 in comfort.
The farmhouse is in a quiet hamlet, chalbret, approx. 5km. From the market town of civray, and 45mins. From the buzzing city of poitier and the airport, in the poitou-charente region SW france. The open countryside of chalbret, is a haven for wildlife and many birds of prey can be seen, making this an ideal holiday destination for bird watchers, cyclists and walkers alike. RESPONSIBLE OWNERS AND WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.
